George and Mary are not themselves related to the Blood family, but who are included to tie together two different branches of their descendants.

George and Mary's grandson, John William Hamilton Anson married Elizabeth Catherine Pack, who was descended from the Beresford family. The Beresford family is descended from the Power family, who were cousins to the Blood family.

George and Mary's second great-grandson, Claud Anson, married Lady Clodagh de la Poer Beresford.

George and Mary's fifth great-grandson, Thomas William Arnold, Viscount Anson, married Lady Anne Ferelith Fenella Bowes-Lyon, whose family descends from the Smyth family.
