The Baronetcy of Bacon of Gillingham was created in 1662 for Sir Nicholas Bacon, son of Nicholas Bacon who was the 4th son of Sir Nicholas, 1st Bart. Bacon of Redgrave, and brother of Sir Butts, 1st Baronet Bacon of Mildenhall.

    Third Baronet Bacon of Gillingha
    Younger brother of the 2nd Bart.; Second son of the 1st Bart.
    m. Anne BACON.
    Died without issue.
    On his death, the Baronetcy became extinct.
